What to do:
- Contact us for an appointment. Phone or email.
- Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session. Simply click the Start Session button.
- You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
- With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
- Click yes if a security window pops up asking whether you accept the remote diagnostics program.
- Once it has downloaded you will be notified that you are about to share your desktop with our support representative. Click OK to continue.

How it works:
- State-of-the-art security features including 128-bit end-to-end Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption ensure that the data exchanged in all sessions is completely secure.
- You are always in control of the session. The PRN representative can not access your computer unless you first grant permission. Additionally, you always have overriding mouse and keyboard control throughout a session. You may end the session at any time.
- When you shut down the session all ability for outside people, including PRN representative, to access your computer ends. Your computer is as secure as it was prior to the session.
