PRN Computers is always completely up front with all of our pricing. We make sure that you know what the costs will be so that there are no surprises. We believe that communication is the key to customer service. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and is guaranteed!

General Repair Labor for Residential/Small Business Customers:
	$75/hour. (discounts are available)

General Repair Labor for Corporate Customers: (6 computers or more)
	$90/hour. (discounts are available)

Database Engineering:
	$100/hour.

Network Certified Labor:
	$90/hour. $100/hour. (Novell Networks, CNE certification)

Local Travel:
	One way, at the appropriate rate quoted above.

Out of Area Travel:
	Two ways at $60/hr. Overnight stays charged at exact cost + $25 administrative fee. Mileage for out of town calls at the current Federal rate.

Emergency Services:
	Emergency services that must be performed outside of normal business hours are charged at 1½ times the appropriate rate quoted above. Scheduled services that just happen to be performed outside of normal business hours are charged at the appropriate rate quoted above (not 1½ times the rate).

Buy a Dell Made Easy:
	$75 gets you up to one hour of technician time. Get the correct Dell computer for your particular needs. We answer your questions, configure your system, and email/fax the system details to you. $25 additional means we order the system for you, double check that the correct system will be sent, and track production and shipping. $100 gets you Delivery and setup in Flagstaff. Remote Assistance:
	Charged at our normal General Repair Labor rate. This service allows us to access your computer systems from the PRN home office. For larger systems / networks we can do a daily check on systems / backups / virus activity. For smaller systems we can diagnose problems and make plans for solutions.

All calls have a one-hour Travel/Labor minimum charge. Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and Checks Accepted. Prices and services are subject to change.
